The present petition has filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.236 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard, Mr.M.Raja Ravi Varma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent and Mr.A.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15859 of 2020 3.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.236 of 2020, is already completed and charge sheet would be filed soon. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the first respondent police is directed to file the final report in Crime No.236 of 2020 before the concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.
