ORDER

This petition is filed to fix an early date for final disposal of the appeal.

2. It is averred in the affidavit that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged 85 years.

3.Considering the age of the petitioner, date is fixed for final disposal of the appeal on 22.01.2026.

4. Post the Second Appeal on 22.01.2026 for final disposal.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
