ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2972 of 2019, dated 29.07.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners got anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2972 of 2019, the learned Judge by an order dated 29.07.2019, directed the petitioners shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Krishnagiri, daily twice at 10.30.am, and 05.30.pm., for a period of continuous 25 working days. Aggrieved by the same, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the second respondent and perused the materials placed on records.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.12377 of 2019 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
