ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs Rupees) as part withdrawal from the petitioner's Provident Fund Account No.7858 maintained by the respondent Corporation Provident Fund Trust to meet out the marriage expenditure of the petitioner's daughter which is scheduled to be held on 28.08.2025 within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, who accept notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The petitioner has been working as a Driver in the respondent Corporation with effect from 07.04.1997. The petitioner's daughter's marriage is scheduled to be held on 28.08.2025. For this purpose, the petitioner submitted an application to the first respondent on 30.06.2025, requesting withdrawal of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) from his Provident Fund Account No. 7858. As no action was taken on the same, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by paying the eligible amount to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed on or before 3/6
20.08.2025. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.
