By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction upon the respondents' Bank to grant Educational loan to his son Maniraj for the academic years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017, so as to enable the petitioner's son to pursue B.Arch decree course in Rajalakshmi School of Architecture at Rajalakshmi Nagar, Kanchipuram District, by considering his representation dated 21.04.2016. seen that he is academically a bright student, as his +2 mark is around 91%. Though the fee structure for the concerned course is quite high, the petitioner in his application has sought for educational loan only to the extent of Rs.3,95,000/-. Since the application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, on notice being accepted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Bank, there will be a direction to the petitioner to file an affidavit on behalf of his minor son stating that he will abide by all the conditions that may be imposed by the respondents Bank for being considered for grant of educational loan and subject to compliance of all other formalities and the requirements as per the norms fixed by the respondents Bank. The petitioner's application for educational loan shall be considered, as per their scheme, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
