ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) I.P.C, and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and there is no cognizable offence made out as against the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending 4.The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out as against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Till such time, the respondent Police shall not arrest the petitioner.
