ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner for the purpose of surveying the petitioner and his wife properties situated at Madurai District, Madurai Registration District, Theppakulam Sub-Registration, Madurai North now East Taluk, Pottapanaiyoor, Natham, U.D.R. Survey No.3 and Re.Survey Nos.6/3 and 7/3 in plot Nos.95,96,97 and 98.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is the neighbor and she is giving trouble to the petitioner, hence he has given a representation dated 21.07.2022 to the respondent police to survey his land, since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2022 is available with the second respondent.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.7.2022 and to provide necessary protection to the petitioner while surveying the land in Survey No.3 and Re.Survey Nos.6/3 and 7/3 in plot Nos.95,96,97 and 98 at Pottapanaiyoor.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
