ORDER

Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh for the petitioner, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the R1 & R2 and Mr.Karthik, learned counsel for the private respondents.

2.After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not pursue this writ petition, as the certificate from the Tirunelveli District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited has been furnished to the respondent employer, admittedly a day late. An e-mail to aforesaid effect has also been received from learned counsel for the petitioner. This Writ Petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to make suitable representation to the respondents for the post of Extension Officer Grade II, as and when there is a vacancy available for the said post. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
