to protect the life and property of the petitioner from the threat and criminal intimidation posed by the respondents-7 to 18 herein and take immediate action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 01.03.2019 against the respondents-7 to 18 herein within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed sought for a direction to the respondents -4 & 6 to protect the petitioner and his property, from the respondents-7 to 18 herein and take immediate action against them, based on the complaint, dated 01.03.2019 preferred by the petitioner, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 6.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 6 based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner seeking police protection, an enquiry is under progress.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the sixth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 01.03.2019, after issuing notice to the private respondents-7 to 18 and pass appropriate order, within a period of Six(6) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order, in the light of the Judgment obtained by the petitioner before the Civil Court.
