O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.12.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the registration granted in favour of the second respondent Welfare Assocaiton.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no indication as to whether there is any renewal of the registration granted in favour of the second respondent, since this writ petition has been taken up after three years after filing of the writ petition.

3. Hence, if there is any renewal of the registration in favour of the second respondent and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left

open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent and work out his remedy in accordance with law. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 09.10.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No RR To
