O R D E R

This Court granted liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application to the respondents seeking loan from his provident fund account in the prescribed format forthwith. On receipt of such application, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the applicataion from the petitioner. Pursuant to which, the petitioner had made an application and that the loan amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was disbursed through ECS on 16.07.2022. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience.
