(Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J.) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of an enquiry pending before him.

2.Heard Mr.Babu Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1,3 and 4 and Mr.S.Manohar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent. 3.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganthan, learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings in M.P.Na.Ka.No.3335/2015/E1, dated 15.12.2015 by which the first respondent has disposed of the proceedings. A copy of the said proceedings is handed over to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD) No.700 of 2016 is closed.
