2. The petitioner seeks re-issuance of passport. It appears that C.C.No.54 of 2017 is pending against the petitioner on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and that the next hearing date is 01.02.2021.

3. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the Court below for permission. As and when such application is filed, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.
