ORDER

The above civil revision petition is filed challenging the order passed in execution petition while rent control appeal is pending disposal.

2.Considering the fact that the order of delivery has been stayed by order of this Court and the same is continuing since October 2021, interests of justice would be sub-served, if the order of delivery in execution is kept in abeyance and direction is issued to the learned Sub Judge(Appellate Authority), Devakottai to dispose of the appeal on or before 30.04.2022.

3.In the result, order of delivery in E.P.No.10 of 2020 shall be kept in abeyance and the learned Sub Judge(Appellate Authority), Devakottai is directed to dispose of the appeal in RCA.No.1 of 2021 on or before 30.04.2022. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
