ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.8851 of 2022, dated 29.04.2022, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti, in Na.Ka.No. 2149/2021/A1, dated 11.09.2022, wherein it has been stated that there is no objection by both parties for opening of the Temple, namely, Kalyana Karuppasamy Temple, situated at Aariyapatti, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District and therefore, the public are entitled to have a Dharsan in the Temple and the other issue namely, the appointment of Poojari will be decided after the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.134 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Usilampatti, and till such time, the customary procedures is being followed.
