The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to comply with the order, dated 15.01.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.24001 of 2016, by conducting fresh enquiry and identify beneficiaries.

2. The Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Adi Dravidar Welfare, Srivilliputhur is suo motu impleaded by this Court.

The learned Special Government Pleader submits that even in the earlier order, dated 15.01.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.24001 of 2016, this Court only directed necessary enquiry to be conducted and orders to be passed thereafter. He would therefore submit that suitable direction can be issued to the 5th respondent.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 5th respondent to conduct enquiry as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24001 of 2016, dated 15.01.2016 and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.09.2015, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
