Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 2/4

3. The impugned order does not call for any interference. The first respondent had only relegated the petitioner to move the competent authority, namely, the Revenue Divisional Officer. If the petitioner moves the Revenue Divisional Officer, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
