This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and necessary police protection to construction works in S.F.No.102/8 of Kalakkudi Village, Nagudi Circle, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District from the third respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2017.

2.It is seen that the petitioner preferred a representation on 16.12.2017 seeking police protection. Due to lapse of two years, such prayer cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
