The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the wage settlement of the third respondent Society, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2026.
2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Mr.M.Dinesh Hari Sudarsan, learned counsel for State, accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 2/5
4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu/respondents 1 and 2. 5.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
