Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JOTHI BASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14084 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020.
2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed in P.R.C.No.22 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
