For R1 & R2 : Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.3 as per the representation dated 07.07.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the representation dated 07.07.2023 has already been closed on 26.07.2023 by holding that the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.3 is purely a civil in nature. Since the dispute is civil in nature, the police stated to have advised the parties to approach the appropriate forum The same is recorded. Accordingly, no orders can be passed in this case and thereby, this Petition is disposed of.

3.It is needless to state that the respondent police are not supposed to interfere in the civil dispute and if at all any such complaint files either by the 2/4

petitioner or by the unofficial respondent No.3 in respect of the civil dispute, the respondent police are directed to advise them to approach the civil Court.
