Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders upon the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2015 and issue patta in Patta No.82 in Survey No.10/2B in Koolapandi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District to the petitioner within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant patta in his name in respect of land in Survey No.10/2B at Koolapandi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District based on the his representation dated 09.12.2015.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 09.12.2015 before the respondents, seeking for the same relief. Therefore, it is for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass such an order, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
