ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 has drawn the attention to the averments in the counter. The relevant portion is extracted as under:

"7. I humbly submit that subsequently after the writ petitioner, Additional District Court have executed the sale deed in favour of petitioner through Doc.No.5681/2018 made in favour of writ petitioner was reflected in the encumbrance certificate immediately. Hence, the prayer of petitioner is satisfied and the writ petition have become infructuous." Recording the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
