ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to give appointment to her son, Jegan, on compassionate ground, by considering her representation dated 06.11.2020.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the same has been rejected vide proceedings dated 11.01.2022. He further submitted that a copy of the said proceedings has been served on the petitioner through registered post.

W.P.(MD)No.19369 of 2020 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. However, the learned Government Advocate is to serve a copy of the proceedings dated 11.01.2022 to the petitioner's Counsel immediately and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in the manner known to law, if so advised.
