ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351

(2) BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.Not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that FIR came to be registered against the petitioners. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
