CRL MP(MD)No.7703 of 2020 This court directed the petitioners to surrender before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR cases), Madurai within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 16.09.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9813 of 2020. The petitioners have sought for further extension of time to surrender.

2. This court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners in this petition and therefore, four weeks time is granted to surrender before the trial Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
