ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 11.07.2019 in I.A.No.23 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2017 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the Hindu Marriage Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur was disposed of by order dated 21.12.2020.

3. In view of the above, as already the Hindu Marriage Original Petition itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
