R4 paper publication effected, name printed in the cause list, no representation, called absent and set exparte. R1 to R3, R5 and R6 already set ex-parte.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
