This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.320 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Karur and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the accused who are the petitioners herein were acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur vide judgment dated 03.11.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
