This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second and third respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 4 to 6.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner is now pending before the third respondent.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry up on the representation dated 21.07.2022 given by the petitioner and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
