2.The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.282 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani. Due to the absence of the petitioner Non Bailable Warrant was issued against him on 22.09.2022, which is still pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner moved a petition before the trial Court and filed recall application. Let him workout his remedy before the concerned trial Court through appropriate proceedings setting all the facts and circumstances.

3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
