This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry of Online CSR Reference No.ETA21143029, dt.25.9.2021 on the basis of petitioner's complaint dt.25.9.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the online complaint of the petitioner is now pending before the second respondent.

In view of the same, the second respondent is hereby directed to complete the enquiry of Online CSR Reference No.ETA21143029, dt. 25.9.2021 on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 25.9.2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
