ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, the defacto complainant appeared before the enquiry officer and given a statement that he will submit the necessary documents within a week and thereafter he did not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.15806 of 2021 appear. He would further submit that as on date no case has been registered against the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
