ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to consider the representation alleged to have been given by the petitioner dated 11.02.2023 requesting the respondent police to investigate his complaint that his lands in S.Nos.11/1 to an extent of 69 cents and 12/2, to an extent of 1 acre and 38 cents, which was registered in his favour by way of sale deed in Doc.No. 1092/1996, were allegedly sold in favour of one Muniyasamy @ Thaveethu, by way of forgery vide Doc.No828/2006. The said Muniyasamy @ Thaveethu stated to have sold the property in favour of his wife, who in turn, has sold the same in favour of the respondent No.3 under another registered sale deed. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not residing in the place, where the land is situated and though forgery document was created in the year 2006, he came to know about the same very recently.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that during the course of enquiry on the representation given by the petitioner dated 11.02.2023, the petitioner has appeared before the police and stated that the person, who has executed the document by way of forgery, is no more, thereby he 2/4
has informed the police that he will approach the Sub Registrar concerned and will take further steps, thereby the representation of the petitioner was closed. 3.Considering the circumstances, the petitioner is hereby directed to file a fresh application to the District Crime Branch (Anti Land Grabbing) concerned, on which the authority concerned is directed to make an enquiry and proceed with the same as per law.
