The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash impugned Notification dated Nil issued in the official website of the second respondent in respect of User ID - TRBPG460949 of the petitioner and to direct the respondents to rectify the error in the online portal and accept the online application for the direct recruitment for the post of Post Graduate Assistant for the year 2020-2021 without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ____________

W.P.(MD) No.18716 of 2021 reference to the last date i.e., on 17.10.2021 fixed by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim direction issued by this Court on 12.10.2021, the respondents have rectified the error committed by them in the online portal and accepted the petitioner's online application and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
