ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents to execute lease deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the commercial Plot No.SC-1A admeasuring 0.70 acre, situated at Survey No.1929/Pt., SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre, Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli, which was originally allotted to her husband, late.Mohammed Khan's proprietorship concern namely, M/s.Sinthamathur Enterprises, by considering her representation dated 19.12.2023.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's husband was allotted a commercial plot in No.SC - 1A, admeasuring 0.70 acre, situated at Survey No. 1929/Pt., SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre, Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli, by the first respondent and lease deed was executed by the first respondent with the petitioner's husband, who was carrying on the business in the subject premises. After his demise, the petitioner has been carrying on the business in the said premises. To develop her business and to secure loan, the petitioner filed a 2/5
representation dated 19.12.2023 with the first respondent to transfer/attorn the lease deed in her name. Since there was no response, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2023 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed.

Recording the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
