*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioners seek removal of the encroachment made in the water channel running through the land in Survey No.236/2, in Venkatapuram Village, Chinnadharapuram Post, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District.

2.The writ petitioners had given a representation dated 13.07.2015 in this regard. They have placed reliance on the proceedings dated 24.09.2013 issued by the first respondent in this regard.

3.This Court directs the third respondent to take action in the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed by the third respondent, after issuing notice to the concerned parties and by following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
