ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for conducting survey measurement and fencing his property situated in survey Nos.11/3 and 12/4 of No.116 Kundukulam Village, Madurai North Taluk,Madurai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property in Survey Nos.11/3 and 12/4 of No.116 Kundukulam Village, Madurai North Taluk,Madurai District and he intended to survey the land and fence his property. For that purpose the respondents 2 and 3 are objecting, hence he has filed this petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that they are cultivating tenants of the land and they are having adangal in their names and the Tahsildhar has also given certificate to that effect. In order to evict them the present petition has been filed. 2/4

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent has received the complaint from the petitioner dated 28.06.2022 and now the enquiry is pending.

5. In view of the same, the first respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry up on the complaint given by the petitioner after calling both the parties and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
