: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 4th respondent herein dated 7.5.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein in any manner interfering with the contractual obligation between the petitioner and the 5th respondent or any way interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of vacant possession of the petitioner and proceeding with further construction of the petitioner in the land and building admeasuring 52000 sq.ft situated at Joseph Colony, Main Guard Gate, Trichy, as per the agreement dated 20.06.2011.
