2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed by this Court on 30.06.2023, since the injured was taking treatment. The petitioners again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail, on the ground that injured has been discharged from the hospital and coaccused was granted regular bail. 3.In response, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the photographs showing the nature of injuries sustained by the injured and prays to dismiss the petition.
4.On perusing the photographs produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is seen that the injured was brutally assaulted by the accused persons. Considering the gravity of offence and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, this Court had dismissed the earlier petition. This Court finds no change in circumstances to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail, though the injured has been discharged from the hospital.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. sd/- 25/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
