ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the 1/4

respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 IPC r/w 21

(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act, 1957, in Crime No.137 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 03.07.2023, considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner. However, the petitioner again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail, on the ground that co-accused has already been enlarged on bail.

3.On considering the previous antecedent of the petitioner in similar nature, this Court has dismissed the earlier petition. This Court finds that there is no change in circumstances and therefore, not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail.
