JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The appellant filed W.P.(MD)No.21238 of 2022 for issuance of passport. When the writ petition was taken up for disposal, it was submitted by the department that the writ petitioner's request had already been rejected. In view of the said submission, the writ petition was dismissed. Instead of assailing the rejection order, the writ petitioner had erroneously filed this writ appeal.
