The present Writ Petition has been filed by a retired Village Administrative Officer seeking to consider his service as a Noon Meal Organizer for pensionary benefits. To the said effect, the petitioner has sent a representation on 09.04.2024 to the second respondent. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 09.04.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
