This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the second and third respondents based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2016.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the respondent police received the representation from the petitioner by post. He further submitted that if the petitioner approaches the respondent police in-person, they will conduct the enquiry and take appropriate action.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the respondents in person and thereafter, the respondents are directed to enquire the matter and take appropriate action on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 01.04.2016 and in accordance with law. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
