PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in No.D.1679-Sa20-ONapi-ThaNaAaPoga-Thili-17, dated 10.03.2019, based on the petitioner's appeal dated 20.07.2019, within stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal, dated 20.07.2019, which was filed as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in No.D.1679-Sa20-ONapiThaNaAaPoga-Thili-17, dated 10.03.2019. 2.By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 1/3
3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent in No.D.1679-Sa20-ONapiThaNaAaPoga-Thili-17, dated 10.03.2019, though the petitioner has preferred an appeal, dated 20.07.2019 before the 1st respondent, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking appropriate orders.
4.In reply, Mr.R.Rajmohan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's appeal, dated 20.07.2019, will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 20.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
