ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to issue joint patta for the extent of 3 cents in Survey Nos. 61/1B and 61/1C situated at Thuvariman Village, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, his father Muthaiah purchased 43 cents of land in the above mentioned survey number under the registered sale deed dated 18.08.1979, later he sold 40 cents of land. After the death of petitioner's father, the petitioner submitted the instant representation seeking issuance of joint patta in respect of the remaining 3 cents in favour of the petitioner and his siblings. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has not filed proper online application. Hence his representation has not been considered.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to file proper online application and produce acknowledgment before the third respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall consider the online application and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
