ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the private respondents in S.F.No.163/11 of Veeriruppu Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted the written instructions of the Tahsildar, dated 18.08.2025, wherein it has been stated that the encroachment made in the subject property in Survey No. 163/11 is identified.

4.In view of the encroachment having been identified, it is for the official respondents to take appropriate action as per the provisions of the Act and Rule to remove the encroachment.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to pursue with the enforcement action as per the provisions of the Act and Rule and complete the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
