This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to delete the names of Mr.Subbiah (Deceased) and Mr.Mariappan in the petitioner's patta 6379 by considering the representation dated 02.08.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect and additionally, he has also made an endorsement.
