[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] The prayer in the petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to prevent the fifth respondent or any other persons from making any encroachment in the vacant land situated in S.No.780/12, Ambathurai Village, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District in the guise of building a temple in the made of 'Mandu Temple'.
2. In this regard the petitioner has already sent a representation dated 03.12.2020. On receipt of the said representation the second respondent and the authorities concerned had taken appropriate action as against the encroachers who had encroached the Government land in S.No.780/12 in Ambathurai Villag,e Athur Taluk, Dindigul District .
3. The second respondent also filed counter before this Court. A perusal of the counter reveals that all the encroachment in the Government land in S.No.780/12 were already evicted and the above said land is free from encroachment.
