ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is a registered Society. Election for the executive committee was conducted on 25.07.2022 pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in S.T.A(MD)No.1 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022. A retired District Judge had conducted the election and Form 7 was also submitted to the respondent on 10.08.2022.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner categorically asserts that there is no rival claim or objection from any Collector.

4. In view of the said submission, I direct the respondent to file the petition mentioned Form 7 forthwith. This writ petition is allowed. No costs. 26.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No mga Note: Issue Order Copy on 29.08.2022.
